SUMMARY
Under kde connect settings > run commands it should be possible to rearrange the items instead of having to delete something and adding it again.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KDE Connect settings
2. Configure "Run commands"
3. You cannot arrange the list

OBSERVED RESULT
List is fixed.


EXPECTED RESULT
Items in the list should be allowed to be moved.
