SUMMARY
Plymouth graphical boot doesn't show anymore during startup, after the upgrade to KDE 5.19.0. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Power on your KDE Neon system upgraded to KDE 5.19.0
2. Alternatively, power off your KDE Neon system upgraded to KDE 5.19.0


OBSERVED RESULT
The beatiful KDE Neon logo doesn't show anymore, instead we have the text messagges of systemd log.
Besides, i have the start menu to choose the OS. It didn't appear before because on this laptop i have KDE Neon only. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Neon logo and no option to choose other non-existing OS should appear at boot, as it was before the upgrade.

Fixed with the command:

sudo apt install --reinstall grub-pc

File /etc/default/grub was missing and grub-pc recreated it.
