SUMMARY
In the Bluetooth system tray popup, the "Enable/Disable Bluetooth" checkbox (in the header area of the popup) is not clickable when Bluetooth is disabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Bluetooth System Tray Popup
2. Ensure that Bluetooth is disabled

OBSERVED RESULT
The "Enable Bluetooth" checkbox is grayed-out and not clickable (see attachment).

EXPECTED RESULT
The checkbox is clickable and toggling the checkbox enables Bluetooth.

This was fixed in the 5.20 UI.

Here is the screenshot of the widget as requested. I can't interact with the checkbox while Bluetooth is disabled.

Ah, the UI change in question must be in Plasma 5.21 then.

Either way it's irrelevant because there's a giant button in the middle of the view that will enable Bluetooth. Just click that. :)

I don't know what UI change is going to come with 5.21, but I wouldn't deem this issue irrelevant. Yes, there is a giant button in the middle of the view, but it is completely inconsistent with all the other buttons that perform a similar function (e.g. WiFi). So unless the 5.21 change goes in the direction of making this button uniform with the others, I would say that we have a consistency issue that needs to be fixed.

This is not relevant to this bug report and is something entirely different.
Please check your system log (e.g. using dmesg) to see why nothing happens, as it is probably an issue with your Bluetooth system more than with Plasma.
