SUMMARY
Default application launcher does not respond to clicks in the corner of the display

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade to plasma 5.19
2. Click in bottom left corner of display
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel/applet does not respond to clicks

EXPECTED RESULT
The launcher applet is launched

Looks like this affects the entire leftmost pixel of the panel. With the mouse pressed up against the left edge of the panel, clicking on the application launcher does nothing. This is definitely a regression from 5.18.

I changed the component to general because this seems to affect the whole left-most pixel row, not just in terms of the panel but any responses to clicks.
