Summary: every time I open krita to draw: first my mouse doesn't move, second when I finally get in to draw my tablet isn't even recognized or even when i use a stylus for my computer. Nothing works, I even reinstalled drivers and Krita even same problem still.

Sorry, but there is nothing we can do with a report like this. Please do the following:

* Test the latest stable version of Krita (4.2.9, not 4.2.7)
* Test with the latest beta (4.3.0-beta2: https://krita.org/en/item/second-beta-for-krita-4-3-0-released/)
* With a clean configuration (https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration)
* Start krita as administrator to see whether that makes a difference
* Attach the contents of kritacrash.log to this bug report: https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/dr_minw_debugger.html
* Attach the contents of Help->System Information for Bug reports and Help->Krita Log for Bug reports to this bug.
