SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Logout and login
2. Open KLauncher
3. Right click in a item in the favorites section

OBSERVED RESULT
The menu will show with a delay. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Menu not delaying after right clicking.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 20.04

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've encountered this bug after several minutes after being logged in, but I wasn't able to reproduce.

I meant Kickoff, not KLauncher. Sorry!

Can always reproduce when killing and starting plasmashell.

But this happens only on the first opening, same for you?

This also seems related to BUG 391813.

Yes, the bug always happens in the first open (in start of the session).
