Steve I've just checked this from git master and can confirm that running spellecheck from Tools > Spelling > Spelling works as well as Automatic Spell Checking when enabled. Can you please retest and confirm this is still an issue for you, thanks. Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
