Thanks for your report! I can not reproduce your problem as long as the right clip is selected, but you have to do Alt+Right twice because outherwise you would just jump to the end of the current clip (because after the speed change the end position of the clip changed and does not match the start position of the next clip as before). Please check with the latest version (20.12.3 at the moment, https://kdenlive.org/en/download/) if this is solved with my tips and this report can be closed.
