Summary: When I open the canvas it shows me a line that I cant erase on any canvas I have . Then the brushes and the screen stick to me and when I try to paint it blots out on its own . Its too bad.. Because I cant finish my canvas .Please help me.

Can you please attach a screenshot? And if this always happens with the same file, the file itself.
