SUMMARY
Dolphin supports two views of the location bar, either as a typed text or as a breadcrumb which can be clicked as well as typed. Konqueror only supports the former and it has a few issues. The following issues will all be resolved if the location bar functionality is backported from Dolphin. Not sure how feasible that would be technically, but we could discuss what could be the roadblocks and where should one start working on a pull request.
