SUMMARY
Toolbar pop-up menu always shows in left-most display

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add an action that comes with a pop-up menu to toolbar, e.g. 'Sort By', 'View Mode', etc.
2. Move Dolphin out of the left-most display
3. Click on the action button

OBSERVED RESULT
Menu shows up next to the right edge in the leftmost display.

EXPECTED RESULT
Menu shows right under the button.
