SUMMARY
If I have media playing on my phone, and have the phone connected to a PC with KDE connect, and I then suspend the PC (to RAM at least), the media on the phone will pause.

I'm seeing the same thing. Even worse, if the phone has a media player running but paused, it starts playing when I suspend my PC.
