Created attachment 129013 [details] A GIF recorded by local community members. This bug can only be reproduced on Nvidia and Intel GPUs. It happened under both Windows and Linux. I was unable to reproduce the bug with AMD GPUs. 1. Create a new document 2. Draw something 3. Create a new selection 4. Create a Transparency Mask 5. Press T 6. Cannot move 7. Press Ctrl+T 8. Can move
