I expect you are talking about the payment frequency for scheduled transactions. Selecting a period of Month and a factor of 6 would do the job AFAIU, doesn't it? See https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/extragear-office/kmymoney/details.schedules.new.html for more details on the subject. Or what am I missing?
