SUMMARY
Left panel has inverted scrolling direction under Wayland using touchpad.

$ pacman -Q | grep libinput
libinput 1.15.5-1
xf86-input-libinput 0.30.0-1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install plasma-wayland-session package.
2. Login into wayland session.
3. Start scrolling plasma settings.

OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling direction is inverted.

EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling direction is the same as in all other applications.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Up to date Arch
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5 and 5.18.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.70.0
Qt Version: 5.14.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All other applications, including other KDE apps, work as expected.
