SUMMARY
... after the animation is done, icons turn back to normal.

Fractional scaling is enabled at 125%. This bug likely belong somewhere else.

Icons after clicking on ">" to expand a folder

After the animation is finished icons return back to normal as seen on the previous screenshot. Also fonts are blurred during this transition.

This bug, or at least the "blurry font" part is also present in Ark. Meaning the issue will be probably somewhere in the tree view itself. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=422256
