SUMMARY
There is no progress when duplicating files, this made it hard to know if the file is finished duplicating, especially when duplicating huge file or folder.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a file
2. Right click
3. Select "Duplicate here"

OBSERVED RESULT
No progress notification

EXPECTED RESULT
Progress notification like when copying/moving files

Show progress when duplicating items

For unknown reasons, when I implemented this feature, I turned off
progress notifications. I don't think this makes any sense, and we just
got a bug report about it.

Accordingly, this patches turns on progress notifications.
FIXED-IN: 20.04.2
