This is a feature request for fixed lump sum budgets.

With the current budget implementation there is a hard relationship with the clock. Budgets are allocated to a certain time frame. E.g. a month or a calendar year. It's always periodic.

For projects with fixed budgets this doesn't work. Let me explain why:
I've just bought a vacation house which needs restoration. We've agreed on a budget for the various expenses:
- renovation
- decoration
- travel
- acquisition price
- acquisition costs (agency fee, notary, transfer taxes, etc)

These are fixed size lump sums budgets. I would love to be able to handle those budgets from KMM. Which is not possibel atm.
