SUMMARY
If you hover over an operation, you see a tooltip inviting you to Click or Ctrl+click, but this only works if you click in the checkmark/Status column.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Double-click on an account to open Operations view.
2. Hover the mouse over an operation row, in any column other than Account, ✓ [checkmark/Status], or Amount.
3. See the tooltip inviting you to "Click to set pointed status. Ctrl+click to force checked status."
4. Try clicking or Ctrl+clicking.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. This tooltip only applies to the checkmark column. In other columns these mouse actions select the operation or add it to the selection as normal.

EXPECTED RESULT
I think the tooltip should only appear when you're in the checkmark/Status column of the operation, and maybe change its phrases to "Click in this column to set pointed status. Ctrl+click to force checked status." (There are other per-column tooltips: hovering over Account shows the account number, hovering over Amount shows the account balance.)

An alternative would be to have the tooltip show everywhere in the operations row as it does now but be more specific: "Click in the Status (checkmark) column to set pointed status. ..."

The pointer could change to a checkmark or something like it when in the Status column to suggest the special behavior here, though the box in the column is fairly clear.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There's no way to know that the column with the checkmark is the Status column, or what the other icon columns are, so maybe these column heading could use tooltips.
I think the terminology "pointed" is very confusing to English speakers; I think "marked" is much better. But that's a big change to UI strings and documentation.
