Strange horizontal line is rendered if my display uses scaling (150% in my case). 
This does not happen if I don't use scaling. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on display scaling 150%
2. Turn on drop down console 
3. Press enter few times


OBSERVED RESULT
Horizontal line (transparency 0%) show up (every 2nd line)


EXPECTED RESULT
There is no change in background transparency
