SUMMARY:

Pop up window from YouTube player goes below other windows when clicking the webpage.

Expected result: It should stay above all the windows.

Linux/KDE Plasma: 
5.18.9 on Arch linux.

Currently, there is no any standard way for a wayland client to indicate that its surfaces must be placed above normal surfaces.

PiP windows can't be uniquely identified on the compositor side.
