SUMMARY
If I send a job/document to a printer, cancel it, then send many more jobs/documents and click 'resume' from the printer queue manager, it will only print the first job/documents while the rest vanish.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have an installed printer disconnected or in pause mode.
2. Create some document, open with e.g. Okular, and print it.
3. Click the printer icon that pops up in the system tray.
4. Select the printer queue manager.
5. Cancel the document that was just sent.
6. Send the document to print again, several times, or send several documents to print.
7. From the printer queue manager, click on resume printing.

OBSERVED RESULT
Prints only the first document that was in the new queue.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should print all documents in the queue.
