SUMMARY

There is a message within the Window Decorations button dragging area that can look better if placed outside of the interaction area.

Move "Drag buttons between here and titlebar" to the outside top of the draggable area or bottom outside of the draggable area.

That way the user will more clearly understand that this is helper text.

But then the message wouldn't be accurate anymore. "here" has to refer to the place the message is within.

We could change the message to say "drag buttons between the set of buttons and the titlebar" but I think that would be *less* clear, not more.
