SUMMARY
im running solus kde and i have it on 2 other computers but this is the first time ive gotten this message. Unable to create io-slave. klauncher said: Error loading '/usr/lib64/qt5/plugins/kf5/kio/file.so'. ive uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing changes


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. all i do is open dolphin from my menu and then applications

This happens when there's an update but you don't reboot. Reboot the machine or run `kdeinit5` in a terminal window.
