Gimp on the left, Krita on the right
Could you describe the issue anyway? I don't know what I'm looking at - is this image supposed to be colorful? Smoother? Also what is the exact color space of this image?
Also could you make a screenshot or for example save the file as PNG so we could see the difference?
I even opened this file in Gimp and it looks the same for me. (Except for some very little differences in lightness, which I guess might be because of a color management that I only set in one of those programs, and possibly incorrectly, too).
Both appimages (4.2 and nightly), as well as the 4.3 beta can open this image successfully. What OS and libtiff version are you using? Hi, sorry about scarcity of details in the initial report. I am on Ubuntu 20.04 w/ LIBTIFF, Version 4.1.0 When I opened the file in Krita, I saw vertical black lines on the right hand part of the image. However, opening the file just now, it is fine. So, not sure what happened there. Closing, and sorry for the noise. Setting to worksforme then. No idea what could've happened there :) |
