SUMMARY
'Home' as a key is translated to Polish as 'Katalog domowy', which means 'Home' as directory '~'.
I suggest leaving this in English form, translating it to 'Dom' as literal 'Home' wouldn't make sense in Polish.

To raczej nie jest tłumaczenie KDE, bo nie mogę tego znaleźć. Tłumaczenie musi pochodzić z innego źródła.
