The Plasma desktop layout is randomly reset to folder view, with a black background image and the default panel.
This happens on both of my screens.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot into system
2. Have desktop layout reset

OBSERVED RESULT
Default plasma layout is applied without user interaction

EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop layout stays as the user has set it up

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm using Latte Dock to manage my panels instead of the default Plasma panel.
My system has a dual screen setup with two 1920x1080 screens.
This bug happened with previous versions as well, this is the third time.
