Tried to create a new file or folder with an underscore in the file name (e.g. Test_name.txt)

Dolphin crashes every time I try to do this. This is a new occurrence (I have created such folders / names in the past).

The crash can be reproduced every time.

Thanks for looking into it, Nate. 

Apparently the problem occurred when the time format chosen through system settings was "Europe - English (En_150)". I had chosen this out of curiosity a few days ago to fix the date format after an upgrade to the latest plasma version. 

Once I changed that to e.g. UK English (en_GB) dolphin stopped crashing.

That locale setting cost me a couple of hours worth of hunting down a bunch of problems (e.g. ibus stopped typing Greek in Wine).

I suppose the rest of the programs should behave properly with this setting or the locale should be removed (or at least a bit of warning would be nice).

If that locale is broken there is nothing we can do from the dolphin side. I think we can close this.
