crashes when I try to open a particular article.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. subscribe to https://languagelog.ldc.upenn.edu/nll/?feed=rss2
2. update feed
3. try to open the latest article "Shifting valences of "throwing the pot" in Chinese"

OBSERVED RESULT
crash

EXPECTED RESULT
open article

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Using:
KDE Frameworks 5.18.0
Qt 5.5.1 (built against 5.5.1)
The xcb windowing system
