SUMMARY
display of all headers by kmail messageviewer is no more available
can we have if packaged again?

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/messageviewer/messageviewer_allheaderstyleplugin.so (debian stretch)

Hi,
Nope it was remove completely.
We can use "v" key for seeing source => we can see all headers.
