SUMMARY

Whenever I try to log out of Plasma, the task bar, window frame, and everything else goes away, but the active window is still there, and it does not let me log out. The active app takes up the full screen, and things like the dock and panels do not work.

I experienced it, not for first try but if I am testing and login/out a few times have to kill kwin with -9.

2. Log out
3. Goto 1
