I think that the attached file does not contain sound data. At least neither FoxIt Reader nor PDF-XChange Editor shows them. No attached files found. but it plays on my phone with ezpdfreader, also the site where I downloaded it recommended that I use Adobe Acrobat PC Pro Created attachment 128391 [details]

Does using phonon-qt5-gstreamer instead of phonon-qt5-vlc work fixes the issue for you? I just did that, I installed phonon-qt5-gstreamer but there was no difference (I got the same logs/warnings in the terminal). Then I uninstalled phonon-qt5-vlc and there was no logs but still no sound.
