SUMMARY

Currently, the nm applet shows wifi networks only. The applet is able to turn on airplane mode that additionally stops Bluetooth connectivity. This distinction is not clear from the UI. The UI would probably need,

* Popup messages shown on hover indicating what each checkbox does. (i.e. WIFI disable wifi, airplane mode, "disable wifi and bluetooth)

I think mobile phones have taught users that "airplane mode" means "turn off both wifi and bluetooth." We can improve the tooltip though, sure.

I felt this confusion first, but only the first time. I just opened it now, and it's fine. 

Maybe the airplane mode checkbox is too close to the Wifi, would be better in the center.

And as this is affect bluetooth too, I think the bluetooth panel is missing the airplane mode switch

[applet] Improve presentation and tooltips for toolbar toggles

1. Increased the spacing between them so they don't blend into one
   another so much
2. Made the terminolgy in the Wi-Fi tooltip match how it's phrased
   elsewhere
3. Added some explanatory text for the airplane tooltip so it's more
   obvious what it does
