sample .svg with text stroke set to "markers stroke fill"

SUMMARY
kdenlive does not display .svg stroke order correctly - stroke is always on top

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a .svg that includes some text with the stroke order set to "markers stroke fill" (or any other order that has stroke below fill)
2. import into kdenlive

OBSERVED RESULT
the text looks different in kdenlive- the stroke is on top which makes the text appear "thinner" (or - if the stroke thickness is set high enough - unreadable)

EXPECTED RESULT
The text should look the same in kdenlive as it does in inkscape - the text (white in my example) should be clearly readable, surrounded by a black background
