SUMMARY

When clicking configure desktop a window opens, when setting special window setting position and size to remember it breaks desktop & pannels

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. on desktop right click and select configure desktop
2. on the opened window right click on window bar and select configure special window settings...
3. in size and position set them to "remember" and save

OBSERVED RESULT
Default application pannel breaks if you create it and it takes the position of the window above
Application launcher takes position of window above


EXPECTED RESULT
Only window should have size and position affected and not plasma pannels
