SUMMARY
After in-place upgrade from 19.12.3 to 20.04 and opening a project the scrollbars on bottom and right of the timelime are missing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. upgrade to 20.04
2. start up
3. scrolbars missing - slider and CTL -- /++ at the bottom works normal 

OBSERVED RESULT
unable to scroll to timeline or track outside the window without re-sizing or closing tracks
regardless color theme or Breeze Icon forced or not.
EXPECTED RESULT
scroll bars to scroll through the timeline and tracks

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
check documentation I could not find any setting to get the scroll bars back or reset did not help.
I am new to KDENLIVE, therefore it could be that I missed something.

It seems the scroll bars are there but are not distinctly visible in the darker themes. The scrollbars are in the same shade of color as the surroundings and make them difficult to see. Can the scroll bars be shown in the opposite color of the theme?
