Add an option for task manager applet to sync pinned programs across monitors, so that you could have 2 taskbars on both monitors (or more) and have them sync pinned programs if the user has enabled that option.

Is the use case that you would like for each of your monitors to show an identical panel?

Yes, this is specifically for multi-monitor users
