Hi Kaye and thanks for making a report.

To better understand the problem, can you provide:

The apper version number,
Your operating system and version,
Your KDE Plasma version,
Your KDE Frameworks version
Your Qt version.

All of this can be found in "About System" as it says in the template.
In addition can you write:

What you were trying to do when the error happened,
What the outcome of the error was (e.g. did it crash, hang, show a warning etc.),
What you expected to happen instead of the error.

Also can you reproduce the problem and if so can you then please write the steps to reproduce as shown in the template.
