SUMMARY
Post-2016 versions of Parley no longer allow one to manually indicate that an answer is right instead of wrong, e.g. in case of a minor spelling error, during a practice session. It turns out that this is due to a problem with the default "Gray theme". Replacing the themes in /usr/share/parley/themes with a 2016 version solves the problem.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install parley in Ubuntu 18.04 or 20.04
2. Start a practice session and make a small spelling mistake
3. There will be no green/red icons to click on to override the mistake

OBSERVED RESULT
No possibility to manually override right/wrong

EXPECTED RESULT
Manual override should be possible

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pre-2016 version of "themes" can be obtained easily by installing Ubuntu 16.04 & Parley in a VirtualBox machine
