SUMMARY
I installed Kubuntu 20.04 on my Dell Vostro 5481 laptop today. The Meta key is not working.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Sign into Kubuntu.
2. Press the Meta key.
3. Nothing happens.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens when I press the Meta key.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect the Application Launcher menu to pop up when I press the Meta key.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 20.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8

Please go to [Right-click on Application Launcher] > Configure Application Launcher > Keyboard Shortcuts.

Do you see "Alt+F1" listed as the shortcut there?

Thanks. Moving to Kwin, since IIRC Kwin is responsible for resolving the Alt+F1 shortcut to the meta key.
