Sample image of image to resize and grayed out Aspect Ratio box.

SUMMARY
Unable to uncheck "Preserve Aspect Ratio" property on images in Title Clips.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Project Bin, click "Add Title Clip"
2. In the Title Clip menu, click "Add Image" and add whatever image.
3. Click on the image
4. Try to uncheck "Preserve Aspect Ratio"

OBSERVED RESULT
Option is grayed out no matter what image is clicked.

EXPECTED RESULT
Able to uncheck and resize without having to keep aspect ratio of specific image I clicked on.

Windows: 10
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro Linux

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This has been attempted in both Windows and Linux and both OS's have the option grayed out. This appears to have been a problem for quite some time https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=270&t=141619
