If the startup page is a local path, then Konqueror randomly crash and does not access the required path.

Steps to reproduce (sorry, I don't have access to the English interface):
1. Configuration -> Configure Konqueror
2. When Konqueror starts, open <Enter a local path, like /tmp>
3. Close Konqueror
4. Restart. Konqueror crash or says that the protocol is not recongnized.

Solution: enter <file:///tmp> instead of </tmp>.
But why is that? Why "just" giving a local path cannot work? Can't Konqueror tells the difference?

I just reproduced the bug on Konqueror Version 5.0.97
