Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 19.10 KDE Plasma Version: 5.62.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.62.0-0ubuntu1 Qt Version: 5.12.4+dfsg-4ubuntu1.1 I confirm same behavior with Kwrite. $ kwrite text.txt Hspell: can't open /usr/share/hspell/hebrew.wgz.sizes. kf.sonnet.clients.hspell: HSpellDict::HSpellDict: Init failed Operating System: Mageia 8 KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.73.0 Qt Version: 5.15.0 Kernel Version: 5.8.6-desktop-1.mga8 OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz Memory: 15.6 Gio of RAM Graphics Processor: GeForce GTX 1660 Ti/PCIe/SSE2 Looking on internet is not a new error. Seems that sonnett requires hspell but is nome distros is not in the dependencies. I am wondering why don't check if hspell is available as not everyone need the hebraic spellchecker. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 421451 *** |
