STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. type `kate` in shell.


OBSERVED RESULT

Hspell: can't open /usr/share/hspell/hebrew.wgz.sizes.
sonnet.plugins.hspell: HSpellDict::HSpellDict: Init failed

EXPECTED RESULT
Should not have err at all.

I confirm same behavior with Kwrite.

Looking on internet is not a new error.
Seems that sonnett requires hspell but is nome distros is not in the dependencies.
I am wondering why don't check if hspell is available as not everyone need the hebraic spellchecker.
