KHTML has a rendering bug when a:hover background-color is combined with text: align-justify. The background rendering doesn't take into account that the area to be rendered shbould be larger because the text in the link is wider than normal. This happens when the link contains spaces and is justified.

To reproduce go to http://www.unixcode.org/atlantik/ and play with Konq's width until one of the links has a severe justification just like the snapshot.

I attached a testcase that exhibits the bug as none of the both links work for
me. When we have bugzilla, let's use its features :-)

As you can take from the testcase the bug is not restricted to a:hover. I   
therefore suggest renaming it to something like "inline element styles do not  
honour text-align:justify"

The same bug can bee seen when a link is formatted this way (justified) and
link underlining is active.

Same for adjustment with <p align="justify">.
