SUMMARY

When I hit 'View/Save Layout As' where is it saving the Layout at?

For Windows mostly and secondary Ubuntu

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Checked registry
2. Looked in D:\...\kdenlive-19.12.3_standalone\bin\data
3. Looked in C:\Users\Jim\AppData\Local\kdenlive
4. Looked in C:\Users\Jim\AppData\Roaming\kdenlive

OBSERVED RESULT: Nothing found

The views are stored in file kdenliverc. In this file, there is a [Layouts] section where they are saved. 

With commit: https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/commit/39799e91b69bea2a6f3af7765da2ca29a72e3437 they are saved in the file AppData\Local\ kdenlive-layoutsrc.
