This glitch is well known by me, the author of the play on hover information panel option. Have you tried to reproduce in Wayland? I can reproduce on Wayland too. It is less noticeable though. |

OBSERVED RESULT video area of Information Panel is resized and we can see duplicated video preview during a few milliseconds. Watch the attached screen recording and see the frame captured from it showing the exact moment of the glitch please.
