blurry on 4k external monitor

SUMMARY
Font blurry in konsole's tabbar on KWayland.

My laptop's monitor has scale factor 1x, my external monitor (4k) has scale factor 2x. Everything works fine on my laptop monitor, but when I am using external monitor, font got blurry on some cases(firefox, konsole, system settings etc.). Konsole's tabbar is just one of them. 

I just want to figure out what this bug is (maybe duplicate?). Meanwhile I would like to find a way to temporary fix this bug (for example maybe set my external monitor primary?)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. plugin external 4k monitor with scale factor 2x
2. open konsole
3. click konsole's tabbar

OBSERVED RESULT

font blurry

EXPECTED RESULT

no blurry

Some like Firefox look like a duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=412088. However, I am not sure, whether Konsole uses XWayland, so this might not be entirely a duplicate.
