SUMMARY
When I hit the "Add Chapter" Button on the DVD Chapters windows, the interface pauses, then the application crashes. see screenshot video in the URL above. No backtrace files at present because I'm unsure how to generate them on Windows. Tried WinDbg, but crashes program in either regular or noninvasive mode.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kdenlive
2. Open File/DVD Wizard
3. Load Project OR create project by setting format (PAL/NTCS), choosing VOB files, click next
4. on DVD Chapters, Click "Add Chapter" Button

OBSERVED RESULT
cursor circles, program closes in its entirety.

EXPECTED RESULT
Allow chapters to be created/move to menu creation window

I think we fixed some DVD wizard issues lately. Please try with nightly Windows_Nightly_Build

Issue has been resolved as of nightly build 367(20.7.70). Thanks!
