When using the Network Folder Wizard to add an FTP location, a user may enter "ftp://" in front of the server address in the "Server:" field. This prompts an error message as only the numerical address should be entered. It may take the user a long time to figure out why it doesn't work.

It would therefore be helpful to either:
1) Automatically remove "ftp://" from the string, or...
2) present a meaningful error message about the "Server:" field.

I can confirm that this also happens with webdav. Took me quite some time to figure it
