SUMMARY
Add a note widget in a plasma panel and try to trigger its popup with clicking. The Notes widget does not show its popup almost all of the times.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a notes widget in a plasma panel
2. Set the plasma panel thickness low enough in order the applet to be shrunk in a single icon
3. Try to click icon from [2] in order for the applet note popup to appear

OBSERVED RESULT
Almost all of the times the popup is not shown

EXPECTED RESULT
The Notes popup to be shown
